Description
The compact LFC-12im architectural subwoofer delivers bass of surprising power and articulation from a near invisible enclosure. Belonging to the “Invisible Mount” series of products, the LFC-12im fits neatly within a standard 2” x “4 stud bay and utilizes the Pro Audio Technology frameless perforated grille style. Once installed and with the grille in place, the 12im protrudes less than 1/4” from the wall and is only 17” square, despite employing a high-power 12” woofer capable of long excursions. There is no large box that must be hidden behind the sheet rock making installing the 12im in retrofit situations a breeze.
Designed as a visual and sonic companion for the SCRS-5iw and SCRS-25iw architectural full-range loudspeakers, the LFC-12im makes the perfect low frequency solution for distributed audio and small surround sound applications. Like all Pro Audio Technology loudspeakers, the LFC-12im requires PRO amplification as DSP is required.
