LIMITED WARRANTY:

Pro Audio Technology guarantees its loudspeaker and subwoofer products to be free from defective materials and/or workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of sale. Pro Audio Technology guarantees its loudspeaker controller products to be free from defective materials and/or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of sale.

Pro Audio Technology is not liable for any damage to loudspeakers or any other equipment that is caused by negligence or improper use or installation of the product, including damage caused by connecting Pro Audio Technology loudspeakers and subwoofers to third party amplifiers (any amplifier or loudspeaker controller brand other than Pro Audio Technology or Theory Audio Design).
